The annual Source To Sea Clean Up of the Connecticut River sponsored by the Connecticut River Watershed Council is happening on Saturday Oct. 5. Please join the Friends of Hanover Crew from 10am – 12pm at our new boathouse on Route 10 to help volunteers from around the Upper Valley as we work to clean up and protect our most important rowing resource, the beautiful Connecticut River.
Crews will be dispatched to help collect trash from the river, Wilson’s Landing and the surrounding shoreline while others will be put to work cleaning out the team’s barn.
Please be prepared to get dirty and bring wading boots, brooms and work gloves.
